Percussion Instrument

Percussion instruments are musical instruments in which the sound is produced by the vibration made when they are scraped, struck, plucked, shaken, or rubbed. It is believed that these instruments are among the oldest types of instruments in the history of mankind. In performances, percussion instruments are usually used to keep the rhythm, but due to the flexibility of this instrument, it can perform beautiful solos alone. Percussion instruments can generally be divided into two categories: percussion instruments with a certain tune, such as the xylophone, and with an indefinite tune, such as drums. Percussions with certain tuning can be tuned. Due to their structure and playing style, the sound produced by percussion instruments is a bass sound, and it will create a wonderful combination with instruments that have a treble sound. There are several kinds of percussion instruments and we mention just some of them like Timpani, Xylophone, Handpan, Cymbals, Triangle, Snare Drum, Tambourine, Gong, Bass Drum, Castanets, Wood Block, Marimba, Bongos, Maracas, Tabla, Chimes, and Cowbell.
